Privacy Policy

TravelTradeHub uses business registration, enquiry and verification information to operate its travel business directory and provide support.

Business Listings

Agency name, location, services, business description, approved logo, cover photo, public Agent ID and website may be displayed in the directory. Mobile and WhatsApp numbers are retained for operations and are not shown publicly.

Enquiries and Verification

Contact form messages include your name, email, enquiry type, optional Agent ID and message. These are stored for staff follow-up. Enquiries are received by TravelTradeHub operations for assistance and may be routed to the relevant travel business. Verification information is reviewed by authorised staff. Do not submit passport or payment details through a general enquiry form.

Email Communications

We send essential registration, email confirmation, approval and certificate notifications. Important announcements are selected manually by staff. Announcement emails include an unsubscribe option; essential account notifications continue.

Sources and Your Choices

Public-source listings are distinct from verified businesses. Contact connect@traveltradehub.in to request correction, ownership review, removal, or information about your stored data. Verification is a private platform review and does not constitute government accreditation.
